MUD: Make-up Designory is a licensed vocational school by the State of California, and requires all instructors to have a minimum of ten years working experience in their field and state-certified as instructors. Westmore: All instructors are licensed by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary Vocational Education in California. In addition, Marvin Westmore personally guides and directs each instructor. Tobi Britton: Tobi Britton is the only instructor at this time, with the exception of guest artists that specialize in certain areas. Her credentials are 20 years (and still working) in all of the areas she teaches. Complections: Most instructors are veteran working professionals with a minimum of 10 years experience, who currently work in the industry. Some instructors are also graduates of the school. Studio: To teach at the Academy, five years of experience and a state teaching certificate is required. Blanche MacDonald: Makeup instructors are active industry professionals, with an average of seven years experience. Joe Blasco: All instructors at the Joe Blasco Schools in Hollywood and Orlando are licensed by the state of California and Florida, respectively. Each class is taught by a minimum of two instructors simultaneously, to give students the chance to perfect many techniques. These instructors have from five (associate instructors) to twenty-five (key instructors) years in the make-up business. Empire: All of our instructors are working professionals who excel in the areas they instruct. Instructors must have a strong portfolio, resume, references in addition to experience in teaching and/or public speaking. The photography, runway, and bridal courses are taught by the owner, Donna Mee, who has a 20 year background working with magazines, celebrities, designerswrides. |
